The Board of Directors would like to welcome all residents to the community.

Grand Venezia is a beautiful complex of condominiums located on Tampa Bay in Clearwater, Florida.  it is just 15 minutes from the Tampa Airport.  The physical address on the complex encompasses 2 streets,  Via Murano and Via Capri. Both are private roads that are off of Bellair and US HWY19.  The complex was built in 2001 and was remodeled as the buildings were converted to condominiums in 2004 and 2005.

Grand Venezia consists of 336 individually owned units that are housed in 12 buildings in a gated community.   Villa Rialto is the hub of the community. It is located at 2704 Via Murano and is over 9000 square feet.  Via Rialto includes the community club house,  offices of the management company and the  Grand Venezia Condo Owners Association.   It also houses many of the amenities, including the well equipped fitness center and the business center.  Within the complex residents will find tennis courts, a hot tub, sauna and a heated swimming pool along with a children's playground, a car care center and a 1.5 mile lit walkway along the shores of Old Tampa Bay.  Picnic areas are located through out the community.
